I'm older than I care to admit, but I will say that I've searched for a breakfast product that was (a) nutritious and, (b) NOT FATTENING for well over 50 years. Nothing worked until I found French Apple Pie Granola 1.5 years ago. I eat it every day, have lost 20 pounds since I started eating it, and won't stop eating it until I, well, you know. It's the best product in its genre on the planet!
