Another hot, humid, day in the Hudson Valley. We've lived here forever, we know the drill. The leftover pasta needs another topping. With plenty of parsley in the garden, and beautiful garlic from the local farmers market, Salsa Verde will do the trick. My favorite is, Alice Water's Salsa Verde because you can create a number of variations. Enjoy!
