A Quick, Slow Start To The Day

I love the early mornings.  Gives the whole day promise.  Since everyone starts their day at different intervals, it's easier to have a quick, nourishing, and delicious, breakfast everyone can make on their own schedule. We like less prep time and more ease into the day time.  I set out an "Oatmeal Buffet" including;  walnuts, brown sugar, ground flax seeds, raisins, granola, and peanut butter.
