Step out of routine and stroll the grounds of our 1870’s Victorian Italianate homestead with a glass of Glorie Farms wine and enjoy the beauty of artist Barbara Masterson’s work against the back drop of rolling orchards. Glorie Farms will sample their boutique-style wines in our garden cottage. Then prepare to be engaged, and entertained while learning as Tony Polito shows you how to enhance your life through cooking with fresh foods. Also on the menu will be neighboring Trapani Farm’s who are offering their luscious in season berries to create the Granola Berry Crumble.

Since he was a young boy, Tony Polito’s passion has been food. Food and cooking was a sensory passion for Tony. He has traveled and studied with chefs at some of New York and Boston’s most renowned restaurants, including Veritas in Manhattan. Tony’s mission through his book, Fresh, Eating Healthy Never Tasted So Good is to enhance your life through cooking with fresh food. Tony says, “Many people think eating healthier means making major life changes. This is simply not true. If you want to take control of your diet, your health and your life, isn’t as little as 10 minutes worth it?”

Barbara Masterson is a contemporary plein-air artist whose passions for life and art are seen in her colorful canvases. Barbara is inspired by dramatic lighting of the landscape and the peaceful mountain farm which she lives. Painting on location heightens the emotional charge and the sensual depth in Barbara’s work.

Residing in a 1913 barn near the top of Mt. Zion Mountain in Marlboro, New York, Glorie Farm Winery was conceived in a love affair between agriculture and wine. Established in 2004, our small family winery seemed a natural extension to our fruit farm, Glorie Farms. As a boutique-style winery, an average of 1,200 carefully crafted cases of wine are produced each year.

The Trapani family has been farming in Milton since 1923. We offer a wide variety of both fruits and vegetables to the public through our home farm stand, as well as our many farmer's markets that we visit.

Trapani Farms, LLC is a family owned business, grows a variety of fruits and vegetables and participates in farmers markets in Barryville, Callicoon, Liberty, Kauneonga Lake, Pine Bush, Harvest Festival at Bethel Woods, Jacobi Medical Center/Bronx, Mt. Eden/Bronx, Monticello (Mon.), and Pecks Pond in West Haverstraw (Thurs.).

We offer our 1870’s, Victorian Italianate homestead as the backdrop to your event, partnering with the most talented caterers, artisan purveyors, and wineries who specialize in Farm-to-Table menus using locally sourced foods, wines, and flowers. Along with these artists, we will work with and guide you to create what you ‘see’.
